My Transformation

Contrary to what you might have heard. Building a great physique can be done naturally. You DON'T need anabolic steroids unless your goal is to get freakishly huge.

What you need is time and a PLAN.

Here is my transformation

Years of trial and error lead me here. I made many mistakes.

I failed to follow and stick to a good plan. I didn't understand how to train properly. I wasn't getting stronger in the gym.

This is not a "get jacked overnight" program. Those don't exist.

This transformation took me over 4 years. It takes time.

The good news is, with a proper plan you can get significant results in a much shorter period. I wish I had this program to follow years ago.

What Muscles Make A Great Physique?

✅SHOULDERS

The shoulders are key to any great physique. You appear taller and larger, and you are wider.

There is a reason Hollywood trainers place a huge emphasis on the shoulders when they are training men for superhero roles.

A large portion of this program emphasizes all 3 shoulder heads for maximum growth.

✅LATS

If you look at any famous bodybuilder of the past or any movie star with a great physique, they all have wide lats. This is by far the most important element to any physique.

In this program, you will be training the lats with compound and isolation exercises.

✅ARMS

The arms are up there with the most prominent muscle group in a well developed physique. Having big arms will fill out sleeves and give you strong, built, and athletic look.

Arms need to be trained DIRECTLY for significant growth over time. You will be training them in isolation with the most biomechanically efficient movements throughout the entirety of the program.

Question #1: Is this program for beginners?

This program can be done by beginners but having some gym experience is definitely recommended. I would not recommend getting this program if you have never stepped foot in a gym.

Question #2: Do I need access to a gym?

Yes, a gym membership or a good home gym is required.

Question #3: Is this program for all ages?

This program is best suited for people ages 18-50. Older gentlemen can follow this program assuming they have some lifting experience and no major injuries.
