I have designed a program to help you lose fat as quickly and as sustainably as possible without losing muscle or strength.
It requires ZERO cardio.
This is the exact fat loss protocol that I use when looking to get leaner and cut significant amounts of body fat.
Here's a before and after of me. Over 20 pounds down in a little under 3 months while following this program.
Whether you are very overweight or looking to lean down a bit, this is the program for you. My approach is calculated but not extreme.

This is not a "keto" or carnivore approach. There is no crash dieting or severe food restriction.
Nor is it one of those "Drop 50 pounds in 2 months!" BS "programs" that offer you nothing but lies.
This is the exact system I MYSELF have used in the past. I wish I had this program to follow years ago.
You will have refeed days where you can virtually eat whatever you like. I am not here to traumatize you into sticking to a restrictive diet model.
You will, however, be expected to track your food intake, eat high protein, and even do some short-term fasting from time to time (this part is optional but definitely speeds up the process).
This approach focuses on leveraging satiety and fixing metabolic health for sustainable and long-term fat loss.

Does this program require a gym membership?
A gym is not required. However, you are expected to do resistance exercises. The program has training plans for in the gym and at-home bodyweight training.
Is this for vegetarians as well?
Definitely. This program does include plenty of vegetarian food options for fat loss.
